Thank you for joining us on the Georgian Bay Festival 2022 journey. We are excited to have you participate. Below are the vendor/exhibitor check-in details and important information. Please ensure that all forms and payment are not outstanding.

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Georgian Bay Park is located at 4230 Crossland Road in Tiny. The Festival grounds occupy the agricultural lot on the south/west corner of Concession 3 and Crossland Road.

The entrance for vendors and exhibitors is at the intersection of Concession 3 and Crossland Road. Upon arrival, please be on the lookout for signage indicating “Vendor Entrance”. Volunteers will be at the entrance to register your arrival at the Festival.

Volunteers will be on site to greet you from 7 AM to 10:30 AM.  We have many vendors and exhibitors to check-in and set-up, it is imperative to keep this process moving quickly. Upon arrival, you will be asked the prescribed COVID-19 screening questions and then directed to the Marketplace area and a spot. We are unable to pre-assign booth locations, all vendors will be assigned a location upon arrival. Please follow the directions of the volunteers.

You MUST leave your vehicle behind the booth for the entire day – we cannot accommodate early departures. Vehicles will NOT be allowed to travel the Marketplace or around the fairground once the festival has opened to the public. If you are wanting a booth next to another vendor, it is essential that you arrive at the same time to facilitate this. For visitor safety, we need everyone in place by 10:30 AM. The marketplace is open to the public from 11 AM to 5 PM.

All vendors will receive name tags and wristbands.

Marketplace vendors with a 20′ x 20′ spot will receive TWO complimentary wristbands.
Marketplace vendors with a 20′ x 40′ spot will receive THREE complimentary wristbands.
Food Truck vendors and Liquor vendors will receive FOUR complimentary wristbands.

Should you require additional wristbands, they may be purchased upon arrival: Adult admission is $20, children 6-12 years of age is $10. Cash payment only for additional wristbands.

This is a COVID-19 aware event therefore we are following the rules laid out by the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit which recommends wearing a face mask whenever social distancing measures cannot be maintained. We ask that you make hand sanitizer available at your booth and wipe down high touch surfaces frequently.

Georgian Bay Festival takes place in a farm field. It is critical that this be a no smoking environment. Please, no smoking, no open flames.

Wear comfortable shoes, you will be walking and standing in a mowed field. You may also want to bring sunscreen, bug spray, and a weather-appropriate hat. Just in case mother-nature doesn’t co-operate, pack-up a light raincoat with a hood too!

An ATM will be available on site for patrons who might need cash. The ATM is located at the Command Post, behind the music stage, as indicated on the Fairground Map above.

If you need any assistance throughout the day,  you can reach out to any one of our volunteers. Volunteers will be wearing bright coloured shirts marked “VOLUNTEER” on the back. Paramedics will be on site in the vicinity of the Command Post, as well as the Township of Tiny Fire Department.

If either are required please notify a volunteer. Please report any issues as quickly as possible.

Please ensure that your tent is properly secured and that its placement allows for social distancing at your booth. Please note, Georgian Bay Festival is not providing or ordering any tents.

Please take your waste with you upon departure and refrain from using the public waste receptacles.

Portable toilets will be on site and cleaned hourly. The location is indicated on the Fairground Map you will receive upon entering the festival. An accessible washroom is available at the Georgian Bay Park club house / pool area behind the music stage.
