We are looking for passionate food trucks/vendors who want to connect with a diverse audience and share their eats.
FOOD VENDOR BOOTH PRICE: $300.00
BOOTH SIZE: 15' (depth) X 25' (width)
*Power and water hookups available for a fee.
Food vendor spaces are limited to book early!

Food vendor booths are located along the tree line (south field) of the event grounds on the main access point to the concert area. Food vendors have access to power & water (for an extra fee).
In addition, there are three (3) food vendor spaces within the concert area. Two (2) in the General Admission area and one (1) in the VIP area. Booths selections can be made in your registration on a first-come, first-serve basis. Food vendor spaces allow for parking of two (2) vehicles.
Vendor booths are set up to right (north) side of the event grounds. Vendor booths are situated in rows which will allow parking for one vehicle beside your booth. Vendor placement will be based on time of arrival. If you wish to be placed with another vendor, you must arrive together.
Georgian Bay Festival reserves the right to change vendor booth spacing/setup based on volume of booths sold and logistics to ensure efficient booth spacing for pedestrian flow.

The food vendor area is on a level field and the food vendor booth sites are suitable for a a food truck/trailer or large 10'X10' tent.
Vendor booths are 10' deep by 15' wide.
The vendor area is on a level field and the vendor booth sites are suitable for a large 10'X10' tent.
Power is available for food vendors only for a fee of $100.00.
If you purchase power in your registration, you will need to provide your own extension cables to reach the power outlets (50' power cable is recommended)
Water hookups are available for food vendors only for a fee of $20.00.
If you purchase a water hook-up in your registration, you will need to provide your own hoses to reach the water taps (50' hose is recommended)
YES! Parking will be provided for vendors and is included in your vendor registration fees.
Vendors can have one (1) vehicle parked with their booth, Food Vendors can have two (2) vehicles parked at their booth.
Load in for ALL vendors (including FOOD trucks/trailers) is between 11:00-1:30PM
Tear down for Vendors and Food Vendors is AFTER 8:00PM. Vendors are welcome to stay setup until the end of the event (11:00PM) if they wishto catch people leaving the event.
