We are looking for market, food truck and liquor vendors to join us for our 2nd annual festival at Georgian Bay Park in Tiny Township. The park is located just minutes from Wasaga Beach, Elmvale and Woodland Beach. We are planning a bigger & better event this year with more attendees and incorporating learnings we had from our first year.
SOME KEY CHANGES
- Improving site layout to reduce walking distance
- Vendor maps / signage to allow people to find your location
- Spacing out music / attractions to encourage more people to shop the vendor space
- More vendors overall
KEY DETAILS FOR THE 2ND ANNUAL FESTIVAL
- Date: September 10, 2022, 11 am - 5 pm
- Vendor check-in: 8 am - 10:15 am
- Booth cost: 20' x 20' booth starting at $55 (tents, tables and chairs are not included in the cost and are the sole responsibility of the vendors)
Please register and complete the intake form to be considered as a vendor. Food Truck and Liquor Vendors will have to have proof of insurance to participate.
Incomplete applications will not be considered.

IMPORTANT DATES
JUNE 15 — Payment due
JUNE 15 — Proof of insurance due — Food Truck and Liquor Vendors only
JUNE 15 — Vendor agreement forms signed
AUG 15 — Final cancellation date with refund – No refunds after this date
AUG 15 — Food vendors must have their paperwork submitted to the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit (SMDHU)
